    You may request to be placed on our Updae List and be notified when new jewelry items become available by providing your email address. Submitting your email address for notification is completely voluntary and is offered as a service to you. If you choose to provide your email address. We will send perirodic updates, usually three to four times a year. This information is never shared with any third party and is only used by Gem-n-i and Co Designs to provide update, sale or preview notices. additionally, we use special software to automatically remove duplicate addresses, so you should not received more than one notice, unless you have signed up using more than one address.

    If you wish to be removed from the preview list, you may do so at any time by sending a blank email with "remove" in the subject line.

    You may place a

The information you provide when placing your order is retained only for order completion and shipping, it is held securely and privately off-line and is never shared, leased or sold to a third party for more detailed information, please see our PRIVACY POLICY.

    Directions to Place an Order by Regular Mail or Email: Print or copy the inventory#, description and price and mail by regular post or e-mail. NEVER SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION BY E-MAIL - If placing order by email we will call you to obtain your credit card information by phone. Be sure to include your phone number so we can call you back if there is any question concering your order.

    PRICING:
    All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Additional charges may apply for ring sizing or other adjustments on one-of-a-kind items. Every effort is made to avoid errors in pricing and product information, but sometimes mistakes do happen. If a mistake does occur, we reserve the right to correct it, and it is our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placeed for that item at the incorrect price. Notification will be sent within 3 business days to the email address listed on the order. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars.

    ***NOTE Due to fluctuation in th gold and silver markets prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that if you order an item that would incur a price increase, your credit card will not be charged until after we have notified you of the price change and you authorize the increase.   • Shipping & Delivery

  • *All items that are in stock will be shipped within five (5) days of payment confirmation.

    *If an item is no longer in stock due to a previous sale, you will be notified within three (3) business days by email. Suggestions of similar items will be
    included in the email notice.

    *Commission or custom orders are usually delivered between three to six weeks of the order, depending on material availability and design considerations. A firm estimate of delivery will be discussed at time of order.

    *All jewelry is shipped USPS Express Mail, insured, which requires customer signature on delivery. USPS Express Mail is normally received next day with guaranteed delivery within two business days. (We have found this to be the safest and most secure form of transit for jewelry and gemstones.)

    *If you are not available to accept delivery, the USPS will leave a notice that you may have the package redelivered or you can pick it up at the post office.

    *When purchase is paid for by a credit card, product(s) will be shipped to the billing address on the card.  Should you require shipment to an alternative address for a gift or other reason you will need to contact us directly to make special shipment arrangements.

    *We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs.

    * In the course of shipping your order, Gem-n-i & Co. Designs is required to share your name and shipping address with an intermediary such as U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express or UPS. 

    NOTE: We ship only to customers in the United States. We do not accept international credit card orders. If you do not live in the United States, payments will be limited to certified bank cashier’s checks made out in U.S. dollars (USD) to Gem-n-i & Co. Designs.    Please call or email for shipping charges if you are paying with a certified bank cashier’s check.

    For packages up to 1lb., shipping is $19.50 + applicable insurance fee.  Orders above 1 lb. will be individually calculated. An email will be sent requesting approval of total shipping/insurance fees before charging your credit card.

    These fees are based on the total purchase amount and weight of your order shipped USPS Express Mail, insured, using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Customer signature is required for delivery.

  • We guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of our jewelry and that all characterizations and descriptions are accurate. If you decide you do not want the jewelry after purchase, you may return it within one week (7 days from date received) as long as the item has not been worn and is returned in original condition (see RETURN POLICY). Only items in their original and unused condition may be returned. The price, minus shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) will be refunded gladly.

  • Non-Commissioned Jewelry:

    Jewelry that is currently available on the website and not created as a commissioned or custom order may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received.   As long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred.  Gem-n-i & Co. Designs is not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

    You are required to call us before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package will not be accepted. Any scratched, altered, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the item(s) were flawed due to fabrication error.  Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable.

    Custom or Commissioned Jewelry:

    If you have not found quite what you are looking for we will work with you to create a piece of custom designed jewelry in our signature style.  Because most of our work is one of a kind and you found your way to this page because you really wanted a piece that has already sold, we can usually customize a similar piece on request.  We do not duplicate jewelry that was previously created as a private commission, but you may inquire about a piece and we can work on a similar, but unique design.

    All our work is hand crafted, so there will be minor variations.  Note that handcrafted jewelry will include subtle differences, even when a design is reproduced.  Please allow for these slight variations, as no two pieces of handmade jewelry can be identical.  Please do not hesitate to call or email if you want more information on what this slight difference might be.

    If we cannot recreate the piece with a similar stone due to unavailability, you will be contacted by email or telephone to discuss alternatives.  Your credit card will not be charged unless you authorize any changes.  You may also cancel your order at this time if our suggestions for alternatives are not acceptable!

    To discuss a variation of any piece, call or send an email with the inventory number of the piece. Include your telephone number in the email and a convenient time for a return call if you would like to discuss this in detail in person.

    We are willing to work with you to create a new unique design in our signature style that will incorporate gemstones, metals and components of your choice, but for business courtesy and legal reasons, I do not make jewelry from designs created by others.

    We will help you during the design phase by asking questions and making suggestions so the final design is what you envisioned.  This usually will involve several conversations and emails to ensure we understand what you want your jewelry to look like.

    Our Responsibility:

    We see our responsibility as your custom jeweler to offer you guidance and suggestions about design, size, weight, stones and metals.  This is to make sure that your jewelry fits correctly, is comfortable to wear and receives compliments when you wear it.  I want this piece of jewelry to be your favorite piece!

    We guarantee our artisanship and materials used in our jewelry and that all characterizations and descriptions offered by email and on this webpage are accurate.

    Return Policy for Custom Orders:

    Custom designed or commissioned jewelry pieces that are created for a specific person upon that person’s request are not returnable. Our guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved, including the dimensions of the piece, the stones and metals used.

    Guarantee:

    All our handcrafted jewelry is guaranteed to be defect-free in artisanship and materials on delivery.  In the event that a defect escapes our notice, do not worry.  We guarantee repair or will replace the item at no additional cost.
